If you wish to cancel any service, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
