CAREERS
Send the thing you built.
We hire people who own outcomes, not tickets. Here is how we work, and how we hire.
HOW WE WORK
We hire people who finish things.
We work on complex, meaningful problems that clients depend on. Not internal experiments. That means we hire across engineering, design, infrastructure, growth. Every discipline runs to the same standard: ship it, then keep it running.
Product, design, engineering, growth: we collaborate across all of it on the same engagements, so the people we hire think past their own function. If you build systems, not just features, you'll fit in here.
There is no bench. Everyone here is on something a client depends on, which is why we hire slowly, brief you honestly about what the work is before you commit, and expect you to say so when a plan is wrong.
HOW WE HIRE
A short, honest process.
Four steps. No agency, no recruiter relay. You talk to the people you would actually work with.
Send your work
A resume alone does not tell us how you think. Send code, designs, writing, or systems you have built: whatever shows your judgment.
A real conversation
We talk through what you built and why you made the calls you made. No trick questions, no whiteboard theatre.
Work through a problem
For most roles, we walk through something close to a real engagement together, not an abstract puzzle.
A clear decision
We tell you where you stand, in writing, without dragging it out.
OPEN ROLES
No open roles right now.
We are not running requisitions this moment. When we do need someone, we look first at people who have already sent us their work. Send yours and we will keep it on file.
Engineering
Backend, frontend, full-stack: engineers who build systems meant to run in production, not demos.
Design
UX and product designers who design for the whole system: flows, states, edge cases, not just screens.
Infrastructure
Cloud and DevOps engineers who own uptime and monitoring, plus the systems everything else runs on.
Growth
Marketing and growth operators who run channels and measure them against real numbers, not vanity metrics.
FAQ
Before you send your work.
What to expect if you want to work with us before a role opens.
There are no open roles listed. Can I still apply?
Yes. Send your work to [email protected]: resume, code, designs, or writing that shows how you think. We keep it on file and reach out when a role opens that fits.
What happens after I send my work?
We review it. If there is a fit, we start a conversation. No recruiter relay: you talk to the people you would actually work with.
What kinds of roles do you typically hire for?
Engineering, design, infrastructure, growth. The same disciplines we run for clients, under one accountable team.
