WebXLR8 respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you visit this website or engage our services.

Who We Are

WebXLR8 is a brand of YIB Global Technology Services LLP, the legal entity that controls the personal data described here. We are registered in India at Building No. 17/2164, FSSI Square, Chittethukara, CSEZ, Kakkanad, Ernakulam, Kerala 682037, India, under GSTIN 32AADFY6703B1ZM.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, organization name, and any details you share via our contact form or during consultations. We do not ask for, and have no use for, financial account details, government identifiers, or special-category data.

We do not run advertising pixels or session recording, and we do not build a behavioural profile of your visit for advertising. We do count page views with Google Analytics, described under Cookies and Tracking.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, provide services, send relevant communications about our work, and improve our offerings. We never sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Who Else Handles It

Messages sent through the contact form are filtered for automated bot submissions by Cloudflare Turnstile and then delivered to our inbox by ZeptoMail, the transactional email service of Zoho Corporation. ZeptoMail passes the message to our inbox; we do not use it to store or analyse anything.

If you would rather not use the form at all, email us directly at [email protected]. The form and the address reach the same people.

Page-view measurement is handled by Google Analytics, a service of Google LLC, which receives the usage data described under Cookies and Tracking and processes it for us. How Google handles it is described in Google’s privacy policy.

We will name any further processor here before it starts handling your data, not after.

How Long We Keep It

Inquiries that do not become engagements are kept for up to twenty-four months, so we can pick up a conversation where it stopped, and then deleted. Records belonging to an active or completed engagement are kept for as long as the contract and Indian tax and company law require. You can ask us to delete yours sooner; see Your Rights.

Cookies and Tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own. Fonts are served from the site itself rather than from an external provider, so no request about you leaves for one. We measure how the site is found and used with Google Analytics 4, which sets small first-party cookies whose names begin with _ga to tell one visit from the next, and records the pages viewed, the referring site, and a coarse device and location on Google’s servers. We use it only to understand how the site is found and used, never for advertising. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on, without losing access to anything here. If this changes, this section changes first.

Data Security

The site is served over HTTPS and access to inquiry records is limited to the people who need it to answer you. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

What we have not yet published — encryption specifics, access-control policy, backup and recovery, sub-processor list, certification status — is listed as unpublished on our security page rather than described in reassuring terms here.

Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we have processed it; ask us to correct or complete anything inaccurate; ask us to erase it where we no longer need it; nominate someone to exercise these rights if you die or become incapacitated; and raise a grievance with us before approaching the Data Protection Board of India.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation gives you equivalent rights, plus the right to receive your data in a portable form, to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to complain to your national supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these, write to [email protected]. We will respond within the period the applicable law allows, and we will not charge you for it.

Grievance Redressal

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data or your request, write to [email protected] and say so plainly; it will be treated as a grievance rather than an inquiry.

A named grievance officer, with their own contact details, is not yet published. That is a gap, not a policy, and it is recorded as one on our security page alongside the other things we have not yet put in writing. Until the name is here, the address above is the route.
