Who You Are Contracting With

WebXLR8 is a brand of YIB Global Technology Services LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India at Building No. 17/2164, FSSI Square, Chittethukara, CSEZ, Kakkanad, Ernakulam, Kerala 682037, under GSTIN 32AADFY6703B1ZM. Where these terms say “we” or “us”, that is the entity they mean, and it is the entity that signs.

Services

We provide design, software engineering, infrastructure, and related technology services to businesses and organizations. The disciplines we currently offer are listed on our services page. Each engagement is governed by a separate statement of work, which takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.

Engagements and Payment

Scope, schedule, fees, invoicing dates, and the notice either side must give to end the engagement are set in the statement of work, because they differ by engagement. We publish no standard rate card; what is and is not published about our pricing is set out on how we work.

Fees are exclusive of GST and any other tax that applies, which is charged in addition at the prevailing rate.

Your Responsibilities

Work of this kind depends on things only you can supply: access to systems and accounts, the content and assets we are asked to build around, decisions at the points the schedule needs them, and the right to use whatever material you hand us. Where a delay in any of these moves the schedule, it moves the schedule.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of YIB Global Technology Services LLP unless otherwise noted. Client logos shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed to identify work we have done.

Ownership of deliverables produced during an engagement is set in that engagement’s statement of work. Nothing here transfers it by default, in either direction; and we keep the rights to our own pre-existing tools, libraries, and internal methods, which are not part of what is delivered.

Warranties

We warrant that we will perform each engagement with reasonable skill and care, and in line with what the statement of work describes. Beyond that, this website and its content are provided as they stand, without any further warranty, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

YIB Global Technology Services LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Any cap on our total liability for a given engagement is set in that engagement’s statement of work.

Governing Law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ernakulam, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction, and both sides submit to it.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, tell us first. Write to [email protected] setting out what the dispute is and what you want done about it. Both sides then have thirty days to resolve it directly, in good faith, before either starts proceedings.

That step is a requirement, not a courtesy, and it does not stop either side from seeking urgent injunctive relief where waiting would cause harm that cannot be undone. Where the statement of work for an engagement sets its own dispute procedure, that one applies instead.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The revision date at the top of this page is the only record of when, and the version in force for a signed engagement is the one that was current on the day it was signed.
